CAD Modeling of the 1st Roll Grinder Bed In the various components of the machine tool, the machine bed is an extremely important large piece. The design dimensions and layout of the bed structure determine its own dynamic characteristics. Often due to the unreasonable design of the bed structure, the rigidity of the bed is insufficient, and various deformations and vibrations are generated to reduce the machining accuracy. However, due to the complexity of the bed structure, the entire optimization process is complicated. Therefore, this paper uses the finite element analysis of three modified beds to judge the rationality of the bed structure and obtain the optimal design. Firstly, through the parametric design method, four kinds of bed design schemes of improved A type, improved B type, improved C type and improved D type are designed.

The improved type A adds the reinforcing ribs shown in A to the original bed, so that the rigidity of the middle part of the bed is improved; the improved type B is improved in the horizontal direction on the basis of the improved type A. The one-week ribs shown in B are intended to improve the lateral vibration and vibration resistance; the improved C-shape will improve the reinforcement ribs in the A-type to extend forward to another added reinforcing rib, leaving the transverse ribs in the modified B-type, The front gap is closed; the improved D type will improve the lateral reinforcement rib removal in the C type. The modal analysis was performed on the four improved structures, and the results are shown in Table 1.

It can be seen from Table 1 that the first-order torsional vibration frequency of the plate roll grinder bed is the highest with the improved D type, and the maximum deformation at this frequency is the smallest. Therefore, the improved D type has the best torsional rigidity, but The bending stiffness is slightly worse than the modified C-type; the second-order bending frequency of the modified C-type is the largest, and the maximum deformation at this frequency is the smallest, so the improved C-type has the best bending stiffness, but its torsional stiffness is obviously inferior. Improve the D type. Taking into account the above various factors, it is most reasonable to choose to improve the D-bed. It can be seen from this that although the D-shaped bed has been removed from the transverse ribs and the quality is reduced, its dynamic performance is superior to that of the C-shaped bed with transverse ribs. Therefore, blindly increasing the ribs of the bed by experience can sometimes be counterproductive.

After changing to the modified D-shaped bed, the printing equipment factory successfully solved the phenomenon of the surface of the workpiece appearing in the plate grinding.

4 Conclusion The CAD design of the product can help the designer to create an immersive immersion in the virtual environment, give full play to its design imagination, and improve the design level of mechanical products.

Through the parametric design and finite element dynamic analysis of the 3D CAD model, the designer can help the analysis and comparison of the design scheme, and modify or redesign the defects in the structural design.
