Yes, we can make castings based on your drawing, 2D drawing, or 3D CAD model. If a 3D CAD model is available, tooling development can be more efficient. Without 3D, we can still make properly approved samples based on 2D drawings.
4. Can you make castings based on our samples?
Yes, we can measure based on your samples to create drawings for tooling production.
5. What quality control devices do you have in-house?
We have a spectrometer to monitor chemical properties, a tensile test machine to control mechanical properties, and UT Sonic as an NDT method to check internal defects in castings.
