LIBO rollers feature a fully sealed, waterproof, and dustproof design. Their bearing assemblies use high-precision bearing chambers and specialized bearings for idlers, offering a refined appearance, low noise, no maintenance, long service life (over 50,000 hours), and high reliability. We have also developed controllable braking idlers to solve the problem of controlled braking along large downward belt conveyors.
Technical Features
1. Impact idler rubber rings are made from flame-retardant rubber.
2. Stamping parts are used as bearing housings, machined by NC lathes.
3. Bearings are KA series special bearings for idlers.
4. High-strength 45# steel is used for bearing shafts, with NC turning and grinding to ensure precision.
5. Sealing is specially designed with self-compensation, low resistance, waterproof and dustproof properties, keeping the bearings well-lubricated for a long time.

LBHI has a complete quality system certification, including ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management, and GB/T28001 Occupational Health and Safety Management. Packing & Freight
1. Packing: Standard export cases made of 9–15mm composite plates, or solid wood cases with fumigation and inspection certificates.
2. Freight: We cooperate with reliable shipping agencies for timely delivery. Liner shipping is usually accepted. For urgent needs, we can arrange express or air transport, though costs will be borne by the customer and only small quantities are suitable.
3. International multimodal transport: Qualified MTO ensures on-time delivery. Container transport is generally used, except in special cases.
Insurance
Typically, CIF insurance is arranged by the seller at 110% of the invoice value, covering Free from Particular Average (F.P.A.) under China Insurance Clauses (C.I.C) dated 1/1/1981. Other options such as With Particular Average (W.P.A.) or All Risks with War Risks are available upon request.
Payment Terms
1. 30% T/T deposit + 70% sight, confirmed, and irrevocable L/C.
