It is recommended that the new energy subsidy policy centered on Premier Li Keqiang. The third is to gradually promote the standardization of power lithium batteries for electric vehicles. It will gradually standardize and promote the standardization of power lithium batteries for electric vehicles, which will play a leading role in the standardization of China's new energy business. At the same time, Li Changjie also submitted a proposal to further standardize the management of low-speed battery vehicles in the city. It is proposed that low-speed battery cars and micro four-wheeled cars similar to battery vehicles should be included in urban traffic management, and they should be required to apply for licenses and be certified after training. In addition, relevant state departments should formulate development standards for the low-speed vehicle industry at the national level, guide and standardize the development and standardization of low-speed electric vehicles, and ensure the safe and orderly development of low-speed vehicles. In terms of used batteries, Li Changjie also recommends the recovery of used batteries. All localities require the competent authority to formulate a recycling policy for used batteries according to the situation, in which the government will give appropriate subsidies. For waste batteries used in online shopping or that cannot be recycled by the sellers, the relevant departments must conduct centralized recycling and give appropriate incentives to consumers who have turned over their used batteries.
