The UV vacuum metallizing machine uses resistance heating within the vacuum chamber to melt and vaporize metal wire (such as aluminum wire) attached to the resistance wire. The vaporized metal molecules then deposit on the substrates, forming a smooth and highly reflective film. This process allows for the decoration and beautification of product surfaces.
