1.This machine adopts the advanced design technology controlled by 3d computer, and adopts the three-column four-cylinder structure to make it classic, simple and practical.
2.The separation of hydraulic power mechanism and electrical system guarantees the visual performance and convenient service.Centralized button control allows adjustment, manual operation and semi-automatic operation.
3.Work pressure, pressure speed and travel limit can be adjusted according to the process requirements.The two machining methods of fixed stroke fixation pressure and molding process can be realized.In the press molding process, the press can withstand the pressure, and delay the automatic return.
4.The hydraulic control system consists of a high efficiency plug - type integrated valve.The low noise of the line shaft reduces the connection pipe and leakage point.
5.The pressure adjusted in the hydraulic control system is the overflow valve, which improves the precision and the facility of the pressure adjustment.
