·Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industrial transportation ecological integration has achieved initial results

Relevant person in charge said that since 2014, the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has achieved initial success in the fields of industry, transportation, and ecological integration. The trend of complementary advantages, mutual benefit and coordinated development has begun to emerge.
According to reports, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is one of the most densely populated and industrially-rich regions in China. The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is of great significance for optimizing regional resource allocation, promoting the adjustment and upgrading of regional industrial structure, and enhancing the overall competitiveness of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
Zhongguancun has more than 1,500 branches in Tianjin and Fujian. In 2014, Beijing set up 30 industrial reconciliation cooperation platforms and promoted 53 industrial reconciliation projects. Zhongguancun enterprises established 1,532 branches in Tianjin and Hebei. Tianjin and Hebei actively promoted the cooperation between the three places.
Tianjin has accelerated the construction of 12 undertaking platforms, including the Future Science and Technology City and the Beijing-Tianjin Industrial New City, and introduced 538 Beijing projects throughout the year. Hebei introduced 375.7 billion yuan from Beijing and Tianjin, accounting for 51% of the total amount of funds introduced outside the province. The total passenger traffic of Beijing-Jiangxi exceeded 11 million passengers. In 2014, the integration of transportation services in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei was further strengthened. The number of Beijing-Hebei bus routes reached 36, and the total number of passengers per month exceeded 11 million. At the same time, traffic cooperation has progressed steadily, and interoperability has made positive progress. At the end of 2014, the expansion project of the Hebei section of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macau Expressway was fully completed. The 75-kilometer “broken road” from the Jingkun Expressway to the southwestern six-ring section of Beijing was also fully opened. The latter not only effectively diverted the traffic pressure of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macau Expressway and eased the southwest. Congested direction will further promote the interconnection of Beijing-Guangdong and promote the coordinated development of regional economic and social development.
The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional rail transit is relatively developed, and there are Beijing-Guangzhou and Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railways. The intercity railway between Beijing and Tangshan between the three places will start construction this year. The second intercity railway between Beijing and Tianjin, Keihin Intercity, will also strive to start construction within the year. The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the China Railway Corporation jointly established the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Intercity Railway Company. It is estimated that by 2020, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei rail transit will reach 1,500 kilometers.

In 2014, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region comprehensively strengthened pollution prevention and control work. Beijing formulated the Catalogue of Prohibitions and Restrictions on New Industries in Beijing, with the exception of incremental and superior stocks. It shut down and exited 392 general manufacturing and polluting enterprises throughout the year; reformed 6595 steamed tons of coal-fired boilers and reduced coal combustion 280 10,000 tons, the elimination of 476,000 old vehicles, basically eliminating yellow-label vehicles. With the joint efforts of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the air quality has improved. In 2014, the average annual concentration of fine particulate matter (PM2.5) in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region fell to 93 μg/m3, a decrease of 12% from 2013, and the average annual air quality standard reached 156 days.
In addition, in 2014, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei increased the construction of ecological environment, signed a cooperation agreement on ecological environment construction, completed 100,000 mu of Jingyu ecological water conservation forest, 250,000 mu of Zhangjiakou dam area, degraded forest reconstruction, forest fire prevention and forestry. A series of ecological projects such as joint prevention and control of pests have been actively carried out to share information on ecological environment, and a new situation has been formed in which the three regions have jointly carried out ecological restoration. At present, the forest coverage rate in Beijing has exceeded 40%, the forest coverage rate in Tianjin is around 10%, and the forest coverage rate in Hebei is close to 30%.
The proportion of the tertiary industry in the three places continues to rise Since 2015, the proportion of the tertiary industry in the three places has continued to rise, especially in the development of key service industries. Among them, the added value of Beijing's service industry increased by 7.2% year-on-year, and the financial industry, science and technology service industry and information service industry grew better, with growth of 18.7%, 11.3% and 9.3% respectively. The added value of Tianjin's service industry accounted for 50.7% of the city's regional GDP, surpassing the secondary industry for the first time. The growth rate of the service industry was 9.4%, and the financial industry maintained a high growth rate, increasing by 10.3%. The added value of Hebei's service industry increased by 8.8%, of which the financial industry and accommodation and catering industry increased by 16.2% and 12.3% respectively. The internal structure of the industry is also constantly being optimized.

At the same time, the development of the people's livelihood sector is improving, the price increase is low, and the income of residents is growing steadily. In the first quarter, the per capita disposable income of urban residents in the three cities was 13,503 yuan, 9,605 yuan and 6,698 yuan, up 8.4%, 8.7% and 9% respectively.
