The CQB series magnetic pump is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, chemical processing, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, electroplating, and environmental protection. It is ideal for handling flammable, explosive, highly toxic, and valuable liquids below 100°C. The magnetic drive technology ensures leak-free operation, making it perfect for transporting corrosive media. The pump has a flow rate of 3.2–100 m³/h, head of 20–80 m, and power ranging from 0.75 to 75 kW.
The CQB magnetic drive pump is a new generation of completely leak-proof and corrosion-resistant pump developed by the national joint design team. Its technical and economic performance is comparable to similar foreign products from the late 1980s. It is an improvement over the CQ pump and features a fully stainless steel construction that offers excellent resistance to organic acids, alkalis, neutral solutions, and various gases. It also includes double-spiral groove carbon graphite bearings and carbide sleeves for enhanced wear resistance and long service life, making it an ideal choice for transporting corrosive fluids without leakage.

It can handle flammable, explosive, highly toxic, and valuable liquids at temperatures below 100°C. The magnetic drive system ensures safe and efficient transport of corrosive media without leaks. Installation and usage instructions for the CQB magnetic drive pump include horizontal installation, ensuring the pump body does not bear pipeline weight. Special vertical installations require the motor to face upwards. Before starting, check the suction level and install a bottom valve if necessary. Ensure the motor rotates freely and verify the rotation direction matches the pump's marking. After starting, gradually open the discharge valve and adjust it to the desired opening once the pump is running smoothly. When stopping, close the discharge and suction valves first.
Important precautions include avoiding air operation, which can damage the bearing due to lack of cooling and lubrication. If the medium contains solids or ferromagnetic particles, a filter or magnetic filter should be installed. The ambient temperature should not exceed 40°C, and the motor temperature rise must stay within 75°C. The transported medium must meet the pump’s specifications, including temperature, density, and particle size limits. After use, clean and drain the pump if the medium tends to precipitate or crystallize. Replace worn parts after 100 hours of operation. Be cautious of magnetic interference with sensitive devices like pacemakers, credit cards, calculators, and computers.
