Stronger Vibration Exciter Improving Screening Efficiency
S5X Vibrating Screen utilizes the SV super-energy vibration exciter, which delivers international-level vibration strength. This enhances throughput, screening efficiency, and overall capacity. Additionally, users can quickly adjust the vibration amplitude by adding or removing standard weight balancing blocks on the exciter.


Optimized Screen Box Structure Making Operations More Reliable
The screen box of S5X Vibrating Screen is engineered using FEM simulation analysis, ensuring optimal stress distribution in the side plates. There are no welded points on the side plates, reducing the risk of fractures. All structural connections use torsional shear bolts, offering superior strength compared to ring-grooved lock bolts.


Modular Design, Lower Maintenance Costs
The vibration exciter and screen box frame of the S5X Vibrating Screen feature a modular design. If replacement is needed, the vibration exciter can be easily removed and disassembled from the screen box. The exciter uses a special labyrinth seal design and grease lubrication, ensuring stable operation. Spare parts also have a high degree of general utilization, making replacements faster and more convenient.


Optimized Transmission Manner, More Stable Operation
S5X Vibrating Screen uses a flexible drive device that protects the motor from strong shocks and isolates torque transmission from axial forces, resulting in more stable operation. The screen is supported by rubber springs, which offer long service life, strong corrosion resistance, smooth operation, low noise, and less impact on the foundation.

Working Principle

S5X Vibrating Screen uses rubber springs as elastic support components and the SV super vibrator as the vibration source. The excitation force generated by the rotating eccentric block causes the screen box to move reciprocally. When running, materials continuously bounce and roll over the inclined screen surface. By repeatedly comparing with the screen holes, materials smaller than the screen size are sieved out while larger ones remain on the screen. This completes the screening process.
