Vehicles within the scope of this recall may have safety hazards due to short-circuiting of the circuit board in the fuel system control module due to conductive metal fragments, which may cause difficulty in starting the engine or may cause the engine to stall during driving. General Motors (China) Investment Co., Ltd. will replace the fuel system control module for vehicles within the scope of the recall to eliminate this safety hazard.
