Since last year, Fushun Petrochemical Company's No. 3 Oil Plant has applied the "jacketed" type of debris isolator developed by the Qinggong Group to the waste oil recovery of the sewage discharged from the plant through a technological innovation. After more than one year of use, it proves that The isolator is not only easy to operate, but also greatly improves the recovery of waste oil. From the beginning of last year to May 10th this year, the plant recovered a total of 168 tons of waste oil, which was more than 36 tons over the same period of the previous year, and achieved an environmental efficiency of RMB 420,000.

Drainage and oil separation devices are the main pool of production and domestic sewage in the plant. Due to mixed discharge of production and domestic sewage, sundries such as plastic bags and foamed lunch boxes are mixed with waste oil and float on the water surface. In the past, when the pumping operation was performed, these debris were often blocked by the suction port of the pump, which not only reduced the recovery rate of the waste oil, but also caused the pump to be damaged due to the introduction of debris. For this purpose, the employees of the plant carried out technical research and successfully manufactured a “bucket” type sundries isolator with iron buckets, wire mesh, etc. installed in the oil collection tank, and at the same time, fine adjustment of the oil level and increase Oil frequency, etc., increased the recovery rate of sewage oil by about 21%, achieving a win-win result of efficiency and environmental protection.
