The 500X Pressure Relief Valve is designed for efficient and reliable operation in water control systems. It is constructed using high-quality materials to ensure durability and performance under various conditions. The body, cover, and disc are available in Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, or Cast Steel, providing flexibility based on application requirements. The stem is made of Stainless Steel SS410, while the spring is crafted from Stainless Steel SS304 for long-lasting strength. The diaphragm is made of NBR rubber, and the disc sealing material includes EPDM or NBR for excellent sealing performance. The pipeline and pilot valve are both made of Brass, ensuring corrosion resistance. This valve is available in sizes ranging from DN50 to DN600, with pressure ratings of 10-16 Bar for Cast Iron and Ductile Iron, and 10-16-25 Bar for Cast Steel. The body is coated with FBE epoxy for added protection. The float is available in Plastic ABS or Stainless Steel SS304, depending on the model.
