After carefully listening to the report of the project leader, the experts reviewed the development reports, technical reports, test reports and other materials. Experts believe that the research team has fully completed the contract and agreed to pass the acceptance of the project.

"MOEMS non-blocking 16×16 array optical switch" is based on "multi-way multi-channel non-blocking mechanical optical switch" and other patented technologies, using MEMS technology to prepare micro-electromagnetic actuators, adopting optimized Benes network structure, to 2 The ×2 and 4×4 optical switches are basic units, and the 16×16 array optical switch has the characteristics of less moving parts, high reliability and stability. According to the search and retrieval of Shanghai Science and Technology New Consulting Center, the performance index of the 16×16 array optical switch developed by the project has reached the advanced index of the international similar products, and the research results are novel.

At the same time, in the development process, the project paid special attention to the reliability and stability of 2×2 and 4×4 optical switching devices in 16×16 array optical switches, and realized 2×2 and 4×4 MEMES light. The switch series has the technical conditions and capabilities for industrial application.
