Condenser Features:
1. Materials used: Copper, aluminum, and galvanized steel.
2. Aluminum foil options: Hydrophilic or bare.
3. Fin types available: Louvered, flat, or corrugated.
4. Copper tube options: 7mm, 8mm, 9.52mm, 12.75mm, or 15.888mm, either grooved or smooth.
5. Fin pitch can be adjusted between 1.8–5.8mm.
6. Hole pitch and row pitch: 25×21.65mm and 12.7×19.05mm.
7. Compatible with refrigerants such as R134A, R22, R404A, and R407C.
8. Voltage options: 220V/1/50Hz or 380V/3/50Hz, or other custom specifications.
9. Various condensing fan options available: Shaded pole or outer rotor motor.
10. Gas pressure test at 3.0MPa to ensure tightness and durability.
11. Widely used in refrigeration systems, cold storage, and cooling applications.
12. Customized production based on samples or drawings.
13. Manufacturing process includes tube bending, fin punching, expansion, drying, welding, leakage testing, inspection, and packing.
