First, technical parameters:

ZDY120S hydraulic drilling rig , the rig is light in weight and easy to operate. It is far away from the coal wall and prevents the piece from hurting people. The working pressure comes from the emulsification pump. The water flow is used to wash the hole. The spray can effectively reduce the flying dust. The drilling tool is made of Ф89mm double-head combined drill bit, and the drill pipe is made of Ф89mm×1500 spiral drill pipe with high hole-forming rate.

The drilling design length is 8m, the working surface length is 175m. In addition to the upper and lower sections, 12.5m is reserved for drilling. The other drilling holes are arranged at intervals of 3m. A total of 51 drilling holes need to be arranged on the working surface. In the middle of the 12-2 coal seam, the azimuth is perpendicular to the coal wall inclination parallel to the coal seam. The second pass is arranged in the middle of the first pass, and the first pass of the drill is allowed to cut coal 5m after the end of the drill. As shown in the figure below.

Second, preparation before construction

1. The drilling rig should be installed in a workplace where there is no water, no water, and the top and bottom plates are well supported.

2. Drilling work cannot be carried out at the same time as coal mining. Before drilling, it is necessary to ensure that the power of the coal mining machine and other equipment is turned off, and the “No Power Transmission” sign is hung.

3. The rig should be stable and reliable. The top wire, front and rear support bars, jack fixing bolts and motor fixing bolts of the fixed clamp must be fastened and locked with pins and anti-off pins.

4. Before installation, it is necessary to use pressure water to flush the inside of the operating circuit of the jack and the motor and the filter to ensure the pipeline is clean.

5. Positive and negative reversal tests must be carried out before drilling to ensure that the safety valve and filter are installed at the forward feed end.

6, the drilling tools must be complete, in order to use.

7. Check if the nozzle is blocked and the atomization effect is normal.

8. It is strictly forbidden to strike all parts of the rig during the installation, especially the slide and cylinder piston rod.

9. The system pressure and temperature must be checked before starting the machine. The ratio must be checked when using the emulsion.

Third, construction methods and technical requirements

1, the installation of the rig

1) The rig guide rail is fixed on the transport machine, and the cylinder fixing seat is fixed by the slide rail pin. When the support post to the coal wall space is insufficient, the fixing pin can be unplugged, inserted into the pin hole of the motor fixing seat, and the oil cylinder is shrunk. After the bottom of the cylinder is retracted to the length of the guide rail, move to the next position (between the two or between the two columns), then extend the cylinder to the original position and insert the fixing pin.

2) Firstly, the frame fixing device is clamped on the conveyor cable trough baffle, locked with a locking bolt, and then the lifting device is placed on the fixing device by the lifting chute, and then the propulsion carriage is placed on the lifting device. On the top, string the pin and insert the stop pin.

3) Then place the cylinder on the fixed seat, lock it by the pin, and insert the stop pin. The emulsion rotary motor body is sleeved on the propulsion chute through the sliding sleeve and connected to the cylinder.

4) Finally select the position that needs to be eye-catching, adjust the angle of the propeller, first adjust the length of the support rod on the side of the coal wall according to the required position, lock with the pin, position the support; then support the back side After adjusting the height of the rod, after the string pin is locked, the support rod is rotated to make it securely fastened with the guide rail and the coal wall side support rod. If you need to raise the guide rail, first support the guide rail, lock it with a pin at a certain height, and insert the stop pin. Finally, the frame diagonal strut is clamped on the cable trough baffle, and the rotating basket nut is firmly supported.

2, drilling

1) Spray water before opening to achieve the desired atomization effect.

2) First, use the anti-burst bit to make a hole in the coal wall, so as to fix the position of the hole and then retract it to the cylinder, connect the drill pipe; push the cylinder to make the bit into the hole.

3) Gradually close the motor operating handle to make it run. The drill pipe is automatically and uniformly moved into the coal wall under the action of the cylinder.

4) After all the drill rods are driven in, stop the cylinder advancement, let the motor rotate for 3 to 5 seconds, stop the motor, and remove the fixed pins of the drill pipe and the drill tail. Then use the motor to operate the handle to reverse the rotation once, and simultaneously shrink the cylinder, the drill rod is automatically disengaged from the motor, the cylinder is retracted, and a drill rod is placed.

5) When drilling, two people change the drill pipe and operate by one person. The personnel must be skilled and tacit.

3, drilling

1) Before moving the drill, first remove the drill pipe, loosen the frame lock bolt, remove the lock pin of the lock lever, pull the lock lever off the ground, and the two people push the drill slowly to the rig. At the next punching position, fix the eye again.

Fourth, security measures

1. When repairing the oil circuit, it is strictly forbidden to stand around the rig and the direction of the axis.

2. The rig operator should stand on both sides of the rig and stay away from 1 metre when starting the rig. The operator of the console is subject to the password or gesture of the rig operator.

3. When the cylinder shrinks, the operator should not touch the cylinder and the slide to prevent injury.

4. Advance speed or propulsion should be moderate to prevent stuck drilling.

5, no percussion drill with a metal rod during withdrawal, in order to prevent sparks.

6. When the last drill pipe is retracted, the personnel should not face the drill hole vertically to prevent the gas nozzle from injuring people.

7. When changing the drilling rig, the force should be even, and the bottom of the rig should be pulled down or moved upwards. It is strictly forbidden to force the upper part of the rig to prevent the rig from overturning and injuring people.

8. It is strictly forbidden to touch the surface of rotating and telescopic moving parts.

9. The drilling rig should be lifted at a constant speed and ensure the supporting force of the diagonal braces of the frame.

10. The drill pipe operation must be performed when the motor is stopped. The drill pipe must be firmly connected. After the drill pipe is replaced, the drill pipe personnel can issue a power-on command to start the drill.

11. The rig operator must pay attention to the concentration of the motor according to the sound and speed of the motor, and adjust the propulsion speed of the cylinder in time.

12. When working, the operator must dress neatly and tighten the cuffs.

13. After the drilling is completed, disassemble the rig and place it in a dry position. Be careful during the disintegration process. It is strictly forbidden to bump the motor, the cylinder and the propulsion carriage. The parts of the rig should be placed neatly and kept clean.

14. After each shift, the engine oil must be added in time to prevent oxidation and corrosion inside the motor; and the motor cylinder, the control valve and the inlet and outlet ports of the connecting pipeline should be blocked to prevent impurities from entering the interior and reducing the service life.

15. Disassembled pins and other small pieces should be properly stored to prevent loss.

16. Check the bolts and lead screws of the motor slewing device and the cylinder fixing seat on a daily basis, and find that the loosening is timely and pre-tightened; check whether the screw adjustment of the fixed motor is reasonable. When re-adjusting, ensure that the two screws are evenly stressed. On the same axis.

17. Fill the drill connection of the motor with butter every week to ensure that it meets the lubrication requirements.
