3. The vacuum box studio is not explosion-proof, anti-corrosive and other treatment, and must not be placed in a dry, explosive, easily corrosive gas.
4. The vacuum pump can not work for a long period of time, so when the vacuum degree reaches the requirement of the dry goods, the vacuum valve should be closed first, and then the vacuum pump power is turned off. When the vacuum degree is lower than the requirement for the dry goods, the vacuum valve and the vacuum pump power are turned on to continue vacuuming. This extends the life of the vacuum pump.
5. If the dry item is wet, it is better to add a filter between the vacuum box and the vacuum pump to prevent the humid gas from entering the vacuum pump and causing the vacuum pump to malfunction.
6. Dry items such as lighter and lighter in size and smaller in size (as small particles) should be vacuumed in the working chamber and septum screen to prevent damage to the vacuum pump (or solenoid valve) due to inhalation of dry matter.
7. After the vacuum box is used for many times, there will be a phenomenon that it cannot be vacuumed. At this time, the door seal should be replaced or the distance of the door buckle on the box should be adjusted to solve the problem. When the vacuum box drying temperature is higher than 200°C, slow air leakage may occur (except 6050, 6050B, 6051, 6053). At this time, remove the back cover of the box and use an Allen wrench to loosen the heater base and replace the seal. Circle or tighten the heater base to solve.
8. If the vent valve rubber plug is difficult to rotate, apply proper amount of grease to it. (such as Vaseline)
9. In addition to maintenance, the left side door cover (except type 6090 and 6210) cannot be removed to avoid damage to the electrical control system.
10. The vacuum box should always be kept clean. The door glass should not be wiped with a reactive chemical solution and wiped with a soft cotton cloth.
11. If the vacuum box is not used for a long time, wipe the exposed plating parts with neutral grease to prevent corrosion. Put on the plastic film dust cover and place it in a dry room to avoid damage to the electrical components. use.
