4 steps of talc deep processing

The use of talc has a lot to do with its fineness. Generally, the fineness of talc powder is below 45μm, while the fineness of fine talcum powder is less than 25μm, and some fineness is below 5μm. Therefore, ultrafine grinding of talc becomes deep processing of talc. An important part of the talc is that it has a great relationship with its fineness, because the finer the talc and the larger the surface area, the better the whiteness and transparency of the talc and the higher the value of use.

The deep processing of talc is currently mainly for fine processing. Dry grinding is mostly done by dry method, using dry mill (including mechanical and airflow type) and air grading combination equipment: From raw ore to micro-grinding can be divided into the following processes:

(1) The ore is broken and dried, usually with a collar or hammer crusher , a sieve, a iron removal device, a dryer, etc.

(2) Fine powder production, the main equipment is the pulverizer, the product position is between 200-32, the purpose, as the feed of the micro-powder production workshop.

(3) Micro-powder production, the main equipment is micro-grinding and micro-powder classifier, the product size is below 5-25μm.

(4) Inspection face packaging, inspection equipment includes microscope, micro cyclone separator, cyclone sieve, electron microscope, etc. The inspection items have specific surface area, calibration degree, whiteness, water absorption, oil absorption, etc. Self-locking paper bags for packaging, 20kg per bag, the weight error is less than 5%.
