Anti-explosion prevention and treatment

When the gun is fired, there is a phenomenon that the shot is not sounded after the power is turned on, that is, the whole network is refused. The phenomenon of partial or single detonator blasting caused by some reason after firing is a smashing gun or a residual explosion.

First, the cause of the explosion or the gun

(1) Deterioration of explosives.

(2) Detonator resistance wire is broken; detonator deterioration or detonator manufacturing quality is poor.

(3) The charge and the loaded mud are not operated according to the regulations. The detonator's foot line is broken or poorly insulated, resulting in no power or current short circuit.

(4) The number of detonators connected exceeds the number of detonators.

(5) The current that is exploding is small or faulty and cannot cause electric detonators.

(6) Mixing detonators of different specifications, different manufacturers and different materials.

(7): detonator with blasting between bus, bus and foot line, foot line and the foot line coupled false, short circuit; or non-conductive contact with water, metal, rocks and other conductive, causing disconnection, short circuit, Trig Or the resistance is large, the current cannot pass normally, and it is not easy to detonate; or the leakage or misconnection when the line is connected, so that no current or current in the network is too small, and the electric detonator cannot be detonated.

Second, the prevention of explosion prevention

(1) Do not receive deteriorating explosives and unqualified detonators.

(2) Charge according to the regulations. Gently push the medicine into the hole with a wooden or bamboo gun to prevent damage or break the detonator line.

(3) Select the explosive device with sufficient capacity and keep it intact; carefully check the performance when receiving the explosive device, collect it in time, prevent collision, beat, and replace the battery in time. It is forbidden to check the residual current by short circuit and spark. The detonating ability of the detonator is slightly larger than the number of shots.

(4) When performing the connection between the blaster and the busbar, the busbar and the footline, the footing and the footing, the blaster's hand should be washed and dried and then screwed and tightened.

(5) Keep the firing busbar intact, keep it in a safe place, and check it in time.

(6) Do not change the blasthole connection method. After the line is connected, the blaster should conduct a comprehensive inspection to prevent misconnection or leakage.

Third, the treatment of refusal or smashing, residual explosion

"Coal Mine Safety Regulations" provides that:

After the power is turned on, the blaster must first remove the handle or key, and remove the blasting busbar from the power supply, twist it into a short circuit, and wait for a certain period of time (at least 5 minutes when using the instantaneous power generation detonator; use the extension power When the detonator is at least 15 minutes), you can check along the line to find out why it is not ringing.

(1) Processing of network-wide refusal

If there is no explosion in the whole network after power-on, the blaster should immediately check the network with an ohmmeter.

(1) If the reading of the hands is less than zero, it means that there is a short circuit in the network. At this time, the wires should be inspected in turn, and after short circuit is detected and processed, the power is de-energized.

(2) If the hands move small, the readings are large, indicating that there are joints with poor connection, and the resistance is large. At this time, the joints should be checked in turn, and after they are detected, they will be kinked firmly and re-bounced.

(3) If the hands do not move, it means that the network cable or the detonator bridge wire is broken. In this case, the connection method needs to be changed. As shown in Figure 6-1, the intermediate parallel method is used, and the guns are re-released one by one, or one by one. After the gun is detected, it shall be disposed according to the regulations of the gun.

(2) Treatment of partial blasting (or residual explosion)

The Coal Mine Safety Regulations stipulates:

Disposal of the explosion (including residual explosion) must be carried out under the direct guidance of the team leader and should be completed. If the shift is not completed, the blaster must be handed over to the next blaster at the scene.

When handling a refusal, the following rules must be observed:

(1) Re-explosion due to poor connection, can be re-wired.

(2) A new blasthole parallel to the blasthole is placed at least 0.3m away from the blasthole, and the charge is detonated.

(3) It is strictly forbidden to use the planer or remove the original placed explosive charge from the blasthole or pull out the electric detonator from the explosive charge; it is strictly forbidden to continue to deepen the bottom of the blasthole (with or without residual explosives); it is strictly prohibited to use the method of eye-catching Peony; it is strictly forbidden to blow these blastholes with pressure.

(4) After the explosion of the blasthole is dealt with, the blaster must inspect the bombed coal and helium in detail and collect the unexploded electric detonator.

(5) It is strictly forbidden to perform work unrelated to the treatment of the explosion at the site until the explosion-proof treatment is completed.
