"Development of a large-scale comparator weight automatic centering device" passed the acceptance

[ China Instrument Network Instrument Development ] On December 26, 2018, the original Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision public welfare research project "Development of Large Quality Comparator Weight Automatic Centering Device" (Project No.: 2017-09) Acceptance Meeting . The Acceptance Expert Committee heard the report of the project team, reviewed relevant technical documents and supporting materials, and conducted rigorous and in-depth questions. After thorough discussion, the Expert Committee for Acceptance and Acceptance considered that the project team submitted complete acceptance materials, reasonable project expenditures, scientific and practical, and unanimously agreed that the project passed the acceptance.

The project developed a set of large-scale comparator weight automatic centering device. The device ensures that the weight is always coincident when the weight is calibrated, eliminating the influence of the eccentricity error on the test and improving the accuracy, stability, safety and automation of the calibration device. The device has reached the international advanced level through the horizontal search by the Shanghai Institute of Science and Technology Information.
The development of the device has ensured the normal operation of the E2 grade large weight standard device of Shanghai Metrology Institute, and provided guarantee for the traceability of the large-weight standard device established by the metrology institutions at all levels in East China. At the same time, it provides reliable data for the calibration of large-quality non-standard weights, ensuring high accuracy of parameters such as force value, torque, flow and pressure, and can provide strong technical support for the development of emerging industries such as large aircraft industry and intelligent logistics.
