In January 2013, Hankook Tire Korea signed the design and construction agreement of the Central Research Institute with the world-famous architectural planning and design company, Foster Construction UK. The newly-established institute is located in the Daedeok Research & Development Zone in Korea, with a building area of ​​nearly 100,000 square meters. It will have seven-tiered, automated tire storage systems and intelligent information management systems and other future-oriented cutting-edge equipment.
