All-aluminum lightweight design: All-aluminum cylinder block, cylinder head, housing parts and brackets are used to analyze the topological structure through FE to achieve the best balance between light weight and NVH performance. Advanced NVH structure design: Fully benchmarking, combined with experience design and modal calculation, special design for noise, such as cylinder block, cylinder head, crankshaft, valve chamber cover, timing chamber cover, oil pan, etc. The overall modal calculation of the powertrain determines that the vibration node is designed for suspension to ensure the noise performance of the vehicle.
