Magnetic drive Roots vacuum pump successfully developed
Developed by Zhejiang Hing Wah Vacuum Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in Taizhou City, the magnetic transmission Roots vacuum pump has undergone 18 months of continuous trial operations, proving to be reliable and stable. Recently, it successfully passed expert evaluation, marking a significant step forward in domestic vacuum technology. After over 20 years of continuous improvement, the main performance parameters of the Roots vacuum pump—such as ultimate pressure, pumping speed, energy consumption, and zero-flow compression ratio—have reached or are approaching international advanced levels. However, some aspects such as vibration, noise, and shaft seal oil leakage still lag behind foreign counterparts. Oil leakage remains a key issue, causing resource waste, site contamination, and disrupting normal production processes. In response to these challenges, the company invested more than three years in research and development, successfully creating China's first industrial magnetic drive Roots vacuum pump. The magnetic transmission system uses NdFeB materials for both inner and outer magnets, leveraging the magnetic over-torque characteristic to transfer power between the motor and the pump. The pump’s main shaft and inner magnet are completely isolated by a non-metallic sleeve, eliminating the need for a traditional shaft seal and achieving dynamic zero-leakage operation. Compared to rigid coupling systems, the magnetic transmission Roots pump starts without impact, ensuring smoother and more stable operation. Additionally, the use of corrosion-resistant materials makes it suitable for harsh chemical environments. Currently, the pump can handle up to 2500 l/s, with over 60 units already in use across various enterprises. This innovation not only enhances performance but also addresses long-standing issues in the industry, offering a cleaner, more efficient solution for vacuum applications.
The cutting machine is suitable for the cutting of Chinese medicinal herbs including rhizomes,fruitages,leaves,and grasses etc before it being fine processed,grinded or extracted,as well as for the cutting process of foodstuff(sliced fruit,preserved fruit),aquatic products(sliced kelp),tobacco leaves,and tea leave etc.This slicing machine is composed of motor, variable speed mechanism, tool rest, step and retreat material, adjustable tool rest machinery and so on. Due to the use of advanced step feeding, so that the cut of the sheet shape uniform, can freely control the feeding distance, will not cause the material extrusion knife bad situation. Due to the reasonable layout, the machine is easy to operate, light appearance, light weight. This machine is mainly composed of two parts, such as conveying and cutting medicine, machinery and so on.
