For large diameter and large modulus gears that exceed the general instrument metrics, the selected inspection group items must consider the measurement method. Because the gear profile size is very large, the measuring instrument can only be placed on the gear for measurement. Therefore, it is only suitable for the inspection group with single index combination. It is generally not suitable for testing the comprehensive index of single-sided or double-sided meshing, such as rolling steel. Machine gear, for the convenience of inspection, it is more practical and reasonable to select the contact spot than the tooth error â–³ FB.
The tooth thickness is typically measured in the production of large modulus gears; in mass production, the common normal length is typically measured for small modulus gears. The gear backlash is evaluated by calculating the tooth thickness deviation ΔEs or the common normal average length deviation ΔEwm. Because measuring the length of the common normal is simpler and more convenient than measuring the tooth thickness, and also calculating ΔFw at the same time to assess the accuracy of the gear transmission motion.
The error characteristic ΔFi of each inspection group project can fully reflect the maximum rotation angle error within one revolution of the gear. △Fp can only reflect the rotation angle error within one revolution of the gear on the index circle, and these two can comprehensively reflect the gear transmission. accuracy. When selecting, just select one of them, where △Fi is measured on a single-bit instrument. The measurement process of the single-stage gas generator is close to the working state of the gear transmission, reflecting all aspects of error, which is to assess the accurate movement of the gear. Good parameters of sex; while △Fp measures a finite number of points, so it is not as comprehensive as ΔFi. However, due to the complicated structure and high cost of the single-bit instrument, it is currently limited to the evaluation of high-precision gears.
